Pick some fresh parsley and chop it up.

Cube some deer and sausage (preferably fresh made deer sausage - recipe coming soon!).

Grind some fresh wheat berries for the roux.

Toast the ground wheat until golden brown with some lard or oil.  (takes about an hour).  Make sure you don't burn it!

Combine all meat with venison broth in pot, add all other ingredients to the roux to cool it down a bit, then add everything into the pot.  Don't forget enough salt!
